Accredo Support & Development is a Midlands based provider established in 2003. We offer a range of different types of support and social care services such as Supported Living, Outreach Support, Domiciliary Care & alternatives to Day Services.

Our team support individuals and their families through every stage of support and care, from help with everyday living to a broad range of bespoke services.

We have a proven track record and a great reputation for delivering innovative, high quality responsive and flexible services.

Mission Statement

To support, develop and enable people who have a range of diverse needs, in particular those with an autistic spectrum disorder, assisting them to live as independently as possible as respected members of their local community

To work in partnership with others in the development of individualised support packages.

Accredo are committed to the delivery of quality and innovative services, we work collaboratively with other organisations and statutory bodies to ensure that we always strive to operate at the highest standard. This is reflected through complimentary feedback following regular contracts monitoring programmes delivered by local authorities and the support and development opportunities provided to our staff has been recognised through our Industry Awards, awarded by Leicester College.

Management Team

Our management team have experience in managing across a range of environments and have expertise in areas such as Autism, Psychology, Management of Potential & Actual Aggression, Nursing, Acquired Brain Injury and have managed in a variety of care settings such as Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Residential Care Services, Hospitals and Education for Charitable Organisations as well as the Private Sector

All of our managers hold professional qualifications (or are working towards) that are appropriate to their role.

Ongoing Training

As well as having access to a range of specialist trainers within the company, Accredo work with external professionals and organisations to ensure our staff teams are best equipped to manage every day scenarios as well as unplanned ones.

We ensure that training is made available that may enhance the experience of staff and the people we support. We deliver training that exceeds the minimum requirements, for example Mindfulness, which is key to ensure the wellbeing of our staff.

Future Visions

We wish to continue developing services for individuals with unmet needs, we are flexible in our approach which enables us to truly bespoke packages of support. We work collaboratively with service users, families, professionals and organisations to innovate new service models.
